This is a scam. Overpriced 30x dollar store knick knack. Would not accept return or refunds. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered on 12/8/2020 tried to contact company only to get someone on phone that can barely speak English. Have them order confirmation number only to be told this is not correct number. It is now 1/12/2021 still have NOT received my product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, not customer friendly, service not a priority. This was a $50 purchase for Christmas present. Thank you family gift nation for ruining Christmas!

I ordered the music box from them. I was able to track it for a few days,, but The postoffice returned it as the address was incomplete. So I did not get anything. A month later I am writing to their support email everyday. But absolutely no response. I didn't get the gift and they took my $40. Beware of these roadside sellers who pose on the internet. They keep showing up under different names.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I had to, this place is a rip off or scam. It has been over a month and never received my music box. My Sister asked me to get this for her daughter because of all thing he did for her and her cancer. She new she did not have much time left she tried to make it to Christmas but she passed on Dec. 14. Chloe the owner does not even care that I did not receive this, it showed that it was delivered to some place different and she will not take care of it. Never again will I order something from them. Its called Family nation gifts

Don't waste your money!!! their video makes the music box sound so good and look like a nice music box and you would expect that for $30. But what you get is a cheap piece of crap that you've got to wind continuously and is only one inch by two inch and fits in the palm of your hand. Rip-offs do yourself a favor and stay far away. Very disappointed in Facebook that they would even allow this advertisement! Anything for a buck I guess.

This is a Scam don’t order It’s unreal that it’s possible to take other people’s money and send back nothing

Ordered a set of candle holders on December 7, 2020 and paid for expedited shipping. I contacted the company by email, no phone number available, on 12/16/2020 about any type of updates. Received an automated email on 12/17/2020 saying I should have received a shipping confirmation email. I replied to tell them I did not receive this information and the website was not allowing my order number to track shipment. They did not respond so I emailed again a few days later. Finally, I get an automated email again with tracking information on 12/21/2020. Still no one has responded to the personal emails I wrote. They just respond with automated emails with little information and thanking for our patients. I finally received my order, which was supposed to be a Christmas gift, on 12/26/2020. I emailed them right away to express my disappointment and frustration, as my candle holders had rough edges and the engraving was very light and not like the picture at all. To top it all off the engraving on the actual wood is crooked and slanted up towards the right. Needless to say, after $45 spent, this gift will be hidden away from anyone’s eyes. It is that bad!

It seems I should have gone online to read more reviews about this company. I ordered a gift for Christmas from them and they guaranteed it by Christmas several times. Needless to say, it is Christmas Day and still has not arrived. To add insult to injury I requested to cancel the order and just refund my card and they sent me an email to say my order is on the way. I now have to just dispute the order with my credit card company as it appears these are cheap products and this company is more than likely a scam.
