Iv been waiting over a month for my daughters graduation stole pictures have came and gone still no stole i was told my customer service they were located in il nope chine if i would have knew i could have ordered 3 months in advance. Customer service only states they are sorry and i still dont have the stole.

If I could give them .0001 stars I would. Took forever to arrive. Crap quality. They advertise that they help small local businesses... Yeah, small businesses in CHINA! That's not local. High priced, poorest quality. Don't buy from these scam artists.

The worst purchase I have ever made. It took over a month to get here and once it arrived it was absolutely nothing like what was pictured. I literally could have purchased what they sent from the $1 store and they charged over $40. I don’t understand how they have such high ratings on IG. Stay clear away from this company!!!

i ordered an item for my very sick friend, paid immediately and my friend never received the gift. I corresponded back and forth with this company, they told me to contact the local post office in my friend's area. I called several times and got no where and then the communication ended. My friend still never received for the item I paid for. I will never order from this company again. Very poor business ethics.

My husband got me the "Husband And Wife - I Love You - Arctic Fleece Blanket" for Valentine's day, and unfortunately it's disappointing, gross, and USELESS. This blanket took over a month to arrive from CHINA, and the blanket smelled so strongly of an overwhelming smell of chemicals (harmful chemicals you probably shouldn't get on your skin). To make it worse, the blanket is so thin and cheaply made (definitely not Arctic), and we are afraid that it will fall apart in the washer on the first wash. But I will remind you, the blanket is doused in chemicals, so it needs to be washed. It's trash and useless and a waste of $70! What an insane scam of a company that gets $5 blankets from China and sells them for $70. And then you can't even return the terrible excuse for a blanket because of the no refund policy. SCAM. My suggestion to anyone reading (if they don't delete all the bad reviews as a scam would) is either: buy this blanket from Wish or Amazon for $5-$10, or buy a quality blanket for $10-$20 from Walmart that is 5× thicker than this "arctic" blanket that is NOT personalized in any way. It's an exact picture of the exact design... there is nothing personalized about it, which is only one example of false advertising with this company. You also shouldn't need fake 5 star reviews on the HOMEPAGE of your website if you were a legitimate company, as quality speaks for itself. However, one could tell this easily by looking at their website for 10 seconds by the fake reviews and fraudulent refund policy on unpersonalized items. Luckily I taught my husband a thing about scam companies with terrible quality products. This company FamilyGiftNation is lucky if they don't get a law suit. False advertising at it's best! Do better! They say support small businesses, but why support a business that does not make their own product... but buys products from bigger companies like Amazon or Wish?! Save your money. You've been warned!

Terrible experience...numerous emails received for about order and appreciation for placing the order and coupons. After a month of waiting for a birthday gift, the item shows delivered to post office and picked up. Yet, the recipient never picked it up. Why wouldn’t it be delivered to the address. Wish I had read reviews before placing the order.

It has been over 3 weeks since i placed my order. Was given a tracking number a week after I was charged for the order when i first contacted them and asked for either what i ordered or a refund. A week later i contacted them again and demanded a refund and they replied that the package had already shipped, even though the tracking number only showed that a label had been created. It doesnt take this long to send something from LA to Oklahoma. I do not recommend purchasing anythng from this company.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered a gift weeks before Valentines day and still haven't received it. I finally received a shipping update the other day and my gift is bouncing around China. For starters I thought this was an American based small business. Guess I was wrong. Will NEVER purchase from this site again.
