**DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!** I placed an order that was supposed to be a Christmas gift from them weeks ago but I still haven’t received it. I only ordered it because it was promised to be delivered before Christmas. They also stated that they would send me a picture of what the finished, customized product would look like, but they never did that either. When I emailed customer service asking what the status of my order was, they sent me a picture of a tracking number stating, “ Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 7:22 pm on December 16, 2022 in COMPTON, CA 90220. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date”, this status has been the same for over 2 weeks now. “WHERES MY ORDER??!!??”

When I ordered the comforter thinking it would be here by Christmas yet it was ordered December 14th and still hadn’t arrived . I believe this company is bogus. I paid over $114 for it and they gave me a tracking number. Yet the label was created in Compton, Ca and I tried and tried to reach out to them but wouldn’t receive any responses. So I had to file a dispute with PayPal. Now this company is saying that the package is out of the US. Wait a minute they stated they were located ina warehouse in San Francisco .. I googled that address and they lied . :( Zillow homedetails 720 41st Ave, San Francisco, CA 94121 720 41st Ave, San Francisco, CA 94121 is currently not for sale. The 1000 Square Feet apartment home is a 1 bed, 1 bath property.). I don’t believe it’s a warehouse in that 1 bedroom apartment.

When ordered it was suppose to take about a week and you were suppose to send me an email with photos of the shoes design to approve it before moving forward. No email, never saw the shoes. And as of today I am still waiting on the shoes I did not approve or see to arrive. Your company sucks

Still waiting on the item I ordered in November. Use a lousy shipping company that doesn't get the orders to you Update: Finally got my order and was not given what I paid for. It was supposed to be a quilt and it is a duvet cover. So it's overpriced for what you are planning on getting. I could have paid half the price for this. Don't waste your money with this company. Bait and switch!

UPDATE.... this company CLAIMS they rectified this situation. THEY DID NOT. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I ordered Buffalo Bills sneakers and the red was hot pink. They didn't look anything like the picture. Lesson learned

From the photo, the rug looked well made. However, upon receipt it does not appear to be. It's very flimsy and cannot really be used as a rug. I tried to return it, but it was returned to me, and the Post Office said the return address was not a real address. This is the only time I've purchased something online that didn't turn as as it appeared. This will make me very wary in the future.

Because it has been 4 weeks and I still do not have my item

Received item and it’s nothing like what I ordered. It’s nothing like the picture that was sent to my email. I purchased this item for a college student and I’m very disappointed when she opened it to put on her bed.
