Order finally came in after months of waiting and practically no responses from the company. They stopped responding after I asked for refund since order had not come. Yes. I understand the problems of the world and how it was causing delays but every other company I ordered from had no problems. Or they at least gave real tracking information. The tracking from this company is a joke.

Never received product, could not reach vendor, number to company listed on cc summary disconnected... DO NOT ORDER FROM FAMILY BOX CO... fraudulent “company”!!!

I placed my order on May 11th. I received an email on May 17th that my order was on its way and that it would arrive within 5-7 business days. It is now June 12th. I understand delays can happen but I have sent multiple emails with no reply and I’ve even called and left voicemails. This company is highly unprofessional. Not to mention I get getting emails like “last day to place an order to guarantee a gift by Fathers Day”. Really? Because I ordered it on May 11th, for Fathers Day. It’s been “awaiting item” in NJ for over two weeks.

Shame I can't write a review with 0 stars! I ordered off of this website in the middle of April it's now 9th June 2020 and I still haven't received my order, they have ignore countless emails, they are refusing or choosing to ignore when I'm asking for a refund! Worse company ever! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!

Total sham of a company. Placed my order over a month ago and still have not received it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! SCAM!!!!

Ordered a watch on May 9 for a Ma 25 anniversary. Still has not arrived. Emailed the company multiple times no response. According to the tracking it has been sitting in CA since May 19. Called Paypal and disputed the charge awaiting a refund. Horrible company do not use them.

Terrible customer service and never received my order. I have filed a dispute with PayPal. Also if you post on their Facebook page they delete it. Avoid at all cost

Ordered two months ago for a birthday... Still have never received the item. I call their number and get voicemail that sounds like a personal cell number... No returned call. I emailed them multiple times and all I get is the same blanket email over and over saying there was an issue with shipments by UPS but it's fixed now. I get that there are some delays due to COVID-19, but at least have decent customer service that personalized. Will be calling my bank and canceling payment due to fraud.
