I ordered the personalized song plaque and like everyone else is saying, it took forever to arrive. Additionally... the image on the website shows the plaque as being clear as glass and beautiful... the actual product is a cheap plastic material that is foggy, bubbled, and full of scratches. Very disappointed to say the least. I planned on giving this to my girlfriend as part of her birthday gifts, but I’m almost too embarrassed to admit that I spent money on it.

First bad review ever written about any company. I believe setting the right expectations is the key of having the best reviews possible and this company did not set expectations. I bought it on July 27th and said it would get here 3-7 days. I accepted since my anniversary with my wife was on August 5th. On August 2nd I got an email from them letting me know there are some delays and would receive not later than 7 days. I still have not seen the order. Starting to think this company is a fraud.

I would give 0 stars if I could, ordered a watch in March still haven’t received it and now they aren’t responding to my emails and won’t get in contact with me. Waste of time. Don’t waste your money.

I got a watch for my husband for father's day. Can not read what is engraved on the back as it is so dark. With a flashlight and a magnifier you can almost read it. I have called and only gotten voicemail, I have sent numerous e-mails to no avail. Today as I am writing this review I got an e-mail to return my product to:Yiwa Hainon E-Commerce Co., Ltd, Wang Hai ROom 201, No36 building, Xing gang area, Yiwu, Zhejiang, china 322000 City Yiwu, province Zhejiang Phone 1896935175 tel: 0086-579-85514660 MAKES NO SENSE. I made a big mistake.

Have been waiting 42 days for my T shirt. All emails sent by me have been met by robotic responses, not addressing my concerns.Took my monies within 24 hrs.Does this company exist?

Ordered there my man watch for my anniversary. Watch does not work. I guess they are only supposed to be for show. Been trying to contact someone with no luck at all. Would really like a refund but none answers there phone or emails. So sad that they take advantage of so many people. Smdh

I ordered my boyfriend a watch for our 1 year anniversary. I ordered this June 9 and our anniversary was June 23. On the website it said 5-7 bus days so I just knew it would be here in time. WRONG! I did not receive my package until July 3! That is completely ridiculous! I emailed them twice and never received a response back. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO EITHER.

Very sad. No parcel and no delivery since March 2020. I gave up hope.
