Trousers I ordered were too short. When I asked to return they have been very obstructive. I have been told they need to be sent to china but they will not provide an address and different fees keep being mentioned - return fee, labour fee, re-listing fee but no amounts. Feels like a complete scam

I ordered trousers size 34W36L. The order arrived after 4 working days what was a positive surprise. However, the length of the trousers was 32, not 36, and waist was a bit tight for 34 as well. The label on the trousers was L - no mention of the length. I contacted the support to request a replacement and after several emails in which they were trying to discourage me from the return (additional fees, etc.) I was given a return address in China. As the support email is Falour_UK I was a bit surprised and requested a UK address but was denied that, as they said they only accept returns to China. This company is another Chinese scam, so stay clear of them and get your trousers from a UK-based business (which is harder than ever, since businesses like this one do everything they can to hide their origin from customers).

If i knew the products were shipped from China I would have never purchased them. Took 8 days to ship only after I emailed them twice. Now it will be a couple more weeks before I see my pants.

I ordered a pair of combat trousers costing £42 + £4.99 delivery. What arrived was at least two to three sizes too small. I tried to return them within the 30 day period as stated on their website, but they have so far refused to supply me with a return label despite exchanging several emails with the 'support'. They also tried to dictate the terms of any potential return, saying I could have an exchange only. Not a refund. This goes against their stated policy. At this stage I have zero confidence this will be resolved and it will be nearly fifty quid down the drain. They're also not based in UK as stated, but in China. AVOID.

Complete rip off, company not in UK, shoes tiny compared to uk size and definitely not as advertised. Refused to refund. Stopped replying to emails Wasted £42

I wear a 34x32 and can’t even get my leg in the large. These must be for children not men

Ordered a pair of trousers. They arrived 2 weeks later. I am happy with the quality but they were too big so I emailed and asked to return the item. I was told I would be charged postage and shipping so decided to go for an exchange. It took 4 days of one reply messages per 24 hours with short abrupt answers. The last message was ‘OK’……. I haven’t heard back since having emailed again. Do not use this company. It’s okay if you’re happy with the item that turned up, but anything after that the customer care and service is appalling you will not get your money back or an exchange certainly not from the UK.,
