Solid, Clean Build. Shipped a few days earlier than expected. Very Happy.

I had an opportunity to get my dream PC. I spent months researching this and everything eventually directed me to Falcon NW. I was NOT disappointed. Not only is it a BEAST of a gaming PC, but I hardly now it's on because it's so quiet.

Falcons products are top notch, and they take time and care to assemble the custom machines. I work in high end 3d graphics applications for film and the results speak for themselves.

Build quality and customer service is top notch. Falcon NW always delivered a quick response on any questions I had. I truly felt like a valued customer which is extremely rare and hard to find these days. I was nervous about getting a prebuilt because I’ve always built my own PC’s since I was a teenager. Falcon NW quickly alleviated those concerns. They know what they are doing. I’m confident the post support will mirror the same experience.

Website and selector were easy to use. Options were many and easy to choose. Sales personnel were knowledgeable, polite and responsive. I had a custom request not covered on the selector, and was accommodated well. Not only do I have no complaints, but exactly the opposite: an excellent experience.

A few years ago I replaced a Falcon Mach 5 with a Falcon Talon. Not that I needed to, but I just wanted the fastest and most modern computer I could get. I was torn for a year or two between missing the old Falcon and enjoying the new one. At least this time I'm not replacing a Falcon but adding one, so I won't have to go through that agony again. The laptop arrived a few weeks ago. I've copied all of the data files I have on the desktop – that took a while since I've been working on Falcon computers for nearly 20 years – and I'm ready to try the TLX on the road. I'm looking forward to it. Falcon computers are excellent. I don't know which is superior – the workmanship or the support. I haven't needed much support at all over the 20 years, but I have nonetheless relied on the falcon staff for advice and they have always been helpful, generous with their time, knowledgeable about the world of computers, and patient in talking me through anything I wished to do. They have steered me away from add-ons that would have simply complicated my system and toward additions, such as an extra monitor or two, that have been most helpful. I find myself resisting the urge to call them to ask about something I ought to be able to solve on my own simply for the pleasure of chatting with them. I doubt that I will ever in the future own a computer that isn't made by FalconNW, and in the past, before I discovered them, I used computers of six or seven different brands, all of which had reputations for excellence. None of them matched the Falcons I have owned. I still have that Mach 5. It's languishing in a closet, and all I do is dust it off occasionally, but I can't bring myself to part with it.

I spent close to $11K on my new Talon Desktop PC and have been very happy with everything (speed, level of detail on the build, support, aesthetics, etc). I would recommend them to friends and family who want a top tier custom system. Thank You, Happy Customer, Leopold Peter Gering

The custom build they constructed looked amazing. It was super solid, the wiring was exceptionally clean, and airflow was great. Their support is also the best I've ever experienced. My particular workload directed a lot of heat to the RAM, and it had an overheating problem. But Falcon Northwest support walked me through troubleshooting, and (long story short) worked with multiple component manufacturers to develop a couple of dedicated cooling fans that mount directly on top of my RAM, which are extremely effective and totally solved the problem. I would definitely do business with them again.
