We’re very sorry for the frustration this shipping experience has caused. We completely understand how concerning it is when carrier tracking does not appear to move for several days. After investigating the original shipment, it appears the package was lost in transit. We’ve already issued a replacement at no cost to you, and that replacement shipped over the weekend. Your updated tracking information has also been sent directly to you. Carrier tracking can sometimes take several business days to update after a package enters the shipping network, particularly before the first physical scan appears. While those carrier scans are outside of our control, we absolutely stand behind your order and will continue to make sure you receive what you purchased. We appreciate your patience while the replacement makes its way to you.

Hi Rosalind, We were sorry to hear your shirt arrived with an odor. While this isn't typical, newly printed garments can occasionally carry a temporary smell from the printing process, especially if packaged immediately after production. If that happens, it normally disappears completely after the first wash. After three washes, that isn't something we would expect to happen. Thank you for letting us know. If your order was a Comfort Colors garment, it's a premium garment-dyed heavyweight t-shirt that is intentionally designed with a more substantial feel and relaxed fit than our premium Bella + Canvas shirts, which are lighter-weight and have a slightly more fitted feel. Many customers specifically choose Comfort Colors for its durable construction and soft, lived-in feel, which continues to soften with wear and washing. Because fit and fabric preferences are personal, we understand it may not be the right choice for everyone. We also don't see an order under the name associated with this review.
