Had a great experience working with faithful platform. They’re quick excellent at what they do and work with you to make sure that you get the product that you want. I love the fact that I can find a picture of the ring I want and have that exact ring made With the gold and diamonds that fit within my budget. With my particular ring, it was made with the wrong gold the first time and had me remade which made it take a little longer, but I was very happy with the product afterwards!

Solid customer service! Zach with Faithful Platform spoke with me in detail to help me build an exceptional custom ring. I was hesitant to do the whole process online and over the phone but it went well! When the ring showed up in a very special box with GIA certification, some solid faith based resources on marriage and the ring itself it was everything I hoped for! 10/10 presentation and great overall experience.
