I cannot express the high level of professionalism and adaptability that Faithful Platform has for its clients. From the very beginning of the ring-buying process, they've been attentive, fast-responding, personable, and debt-saving when it comes to their amazing prices!! They made me feel valued and welcomed! Honestly, I will recommend Faithful Platform to anyone that I may come across who is looking for a ring for the significant other! I truly praise God for their service to people looking to ask the "big question"! 10 out of 10 and a phenomenal experience and I pray this speaks to anyone in the future engagement process! My, now fiancé, loves the engagement ring and can't stop looking at it which feels relieving!

Faithful Platform helped me reach my dream of proposing to my significant other by giving me the best advice and encouragement possible. Justin was very helpful in laying out the options and finding something that suited all my wants and needs. I may have had an unusual timeline, but Justin stayed with me for a few months to make sure we got the job done. They even reached out a couple days before the proposal to pass along some kind words of encouragement. The logistics are made simple to understand, and the product was all I could ask for for what I paid. Overall, I don’t think my experience with Faithful Platform could have went much better.

From beginning to end, Faithful Platform was helpful, honest, and honoring of what I was looking for when it came to purchasing rings. I worked with Jimmy Lacy and he helped me understand what exactly to look for in a ring and provided the perfect ring for my fiancée (soon to be wife). She absolutely loves it and still has the biggest smile on her face every time she looks at it! Jimmy was quick and easy to work with, within a matter of a few hours I had the rings ordered. The shipping and payment process with Mike Turner was simple as well. He was quick and responsive. The rings came within about 3 weeks which was perfect for our engagement timeline. Great, affordable prices, top notch quality rings, and amazing customer service and care, what more could ask for?! Faithful Platform is the place to be next time you go jewelry shopping!

They killed it. They were able to send me renderings before I even made a down payment! They helped me design the perfect ring and my fiancé is so stoked on the ring. It couldn’t have turned out any better. Got engaged yesterday at the Milford Sound in New Zealand it was incredible.
