Fair Warranty is great at communication. During the purchase process they were fast to respond, always polite, and made the process much easier. The only reason I give it four instead of five stars is that the price of the Platinum Plan for my 2026 Kia Sportage (SX-Prestige) Hybrid is within a few hundred dollars of what Kia's plan cost. I found that surprising. That said I have read many unhappy reviews of Kia's warranty practices and many happy reviews of Fair Warranty's practices. I chose to go with Fair Warranty.

Online experience was simple and terms and price seem like a good deal. What the dealer offered was fewer miles and shorter duration at a steeper price but it simply listed a handful of things not covered. I would prefer a policy that states simply what isn't covered instead of listing what is as this one does.

It was simple but i did not have any choices in coverage or when it started. I just purchased this pickup yesterday and would have liked to started the coverage sooner. other than that so far so good.
