Edward was great, he was really patient with me. Gave me my time to go through everything, was very transparent and gave me all the details upfront. The main reason I went forward with the warranty was because of him!

Talked to other companies and they tried high pressuring me into buying and called me many times a day for weeks. One call to this company and they were clear and thorough plus customized to what I wanted. This is a great company.
