Hello Raised. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the terms of service. However, based on your thoughts, I believe there is a misunderstanding. We only receive permission to distribute creations that you manually make public. Anything you do not explicit choose to make public remains totally private and confidential. This aspect of the site is only used in the context of remix contests at the moment, where users must share their remix so that others can vote and share them.

Hello Jon. I am very glad that our support was able to help you. For the past few months, our support team has gotten back to every request within 24 hours or less on business days. Can I please ask you to revise your review based on the support you received? Keep in mind that the only way to save your credit card information on the site is inside of the subscription checkout process, so I believe we have treated you very fairly by issuing the refund.

And, you said you got a support response to get that initial refund? Did they do an ok job? Lastly, what happened after the refund? Hello Alphadestroy, I'm sorry that you had trouble with unexpectedly getting charged for a subscription. At Fadr, there is no formal trial. Instead of a trial, most of the site is free for people to test. The good news, is on Fadr, you never need to put credit card information in for any free features. We would be more than happy to refund your mistaken purchase. Please send us a support request using https://fadr.com/contact, and we will address it immediately. However, do be advised that occassionally our responses go to the spam folder, so keep a look out there as well. We'd love to discuss how we can work on our messaging to make sure no one gets confused about trials again. Please let us know if there is any information we can remove that led you to put your credit card information in expecting a trial.
