I have been charged for Fadr Plus (1 year), despite not receiving any clear information that my credit card would be charged when I confirmed my credit card without further summary of the purchase. After that, I tried to contact them through their contact function, without getting a response. So I gave up. Then I discovered that despite being charged for Fadr Plus, I still do not have access to Fadr Plus. So now I have paid for a one-year subscription without receiving any service. Again, I have tried to reach out through Fadr's messaging service for questions, but no response this time either. This is a pure scam company. Stay far away from this company if you don't want to lose money that you will never get back.

Paid $35 for the software. The fadr plugin crashes on startup in Logic Pro. I have been emailing, messaging and posting on facebook for over 2 weeks. No replies at all. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

Fadr+ is oddly constructed and not worth the money. Be careful.

They took $10 from my account and no work correct in my Mac ….never give me my money back and nobody resolve my problem , they answer was a problem in my MacBook

its a scam they get you to pay $50 and say money back guarantee, once you have the software none of it works, the stems separated sounds horrible cant even use them. Th midi conversations are random notes, They scamming people rot buy the paid version and then no one from customer service responds. Stay away

I was more thrilled trying this but it appears it's not suitable for my needs and i asked the support for a full cancellation and refund within the first day of buying this and i'm waiting for a reply back.

Just payed the monthly fee of 10dollars but the site doesn't recognize my subscription, what the hell? Also no confirmation came to my e-mail about the purchase... basically Fadr just took my money in exchange for absolutely nothing, you ruined my day Fadr, thx!!!
