The staff (Richard) responded to my request and fulfilled it immediately. It was a very positive experience. The AI application was great and I had no issues.

I thought I was signing up to pay monthly and received an annual charge. I contacted FADR. They got back to me right away, and the problem was fixed. They indicated it might take a couple of business days however it was taken care of later the same day (annual charge refunded and monthly charge came through in its place).

Fadr has an excellent engine and processing software. Once tracks are submitted for stem processing it takes only a few moments until all is delievered in a perfect usable way. Highly appreciated the support of fadr and help with mixing tool. Recommended Service among the stem-extractors and channel dividers.

As i didn't notice that the renewal of the subscription was automatically, i ask kindly cancel subscription and get refund. I had a great experience with the support assistant that managed to reply me very quickly and satisfactory. Also the app development seems to be restless on the efforts to build something big. looking forward to see the upcoming updates
