Last year I used FadeMD for my MMJ renewal. No problems, very smooth. This year, I had an issue but it did eventually get resolved, but only after I had to leave a negative review here. Basically, I was supposed to get a follow up email 1-2 days after my consult. Didn’t happen, so I emailed with no response. Emailed a second time, no response. Left a bad review and within hours they approved me with the state. So it all worked out, issue resolved. Seems to have been a mistake but hard to say since there was never any response from their help desk. That could use improvement, but the service they offer is solid and (ultimately) reliable. They could beef up the support end though.

I needed additional documentation for my work months after reviving my card and they were able to provide me everything I needed within hours on a Friday afternoon. Couldnt ask for better service

First off, I was leery of this whole process -- Paying up front to a company I knew nothing about, wondering if the "medical practitioner" was legit, etc. DON'T BE. This was all such an easy and well scripted process. At the time you register you will pay and chose an appointment time for your medical evaluation. You'll get several reminders for it. Was extremely happy with the evaluation. Started on time. Medical professional was extremely knowledgeable about my medications, conditions, and if Cannabis was right for me. And for those whom this matters to, she was obviously US based. From the evaluation, they offer a "fast track" option for additional money (if you didn't choose it already). Although I didn't really need it, I chose it anyway and it did simplify and expedite the process significantly. So for me, FadeMD worked out very well and they are totally worthy of my 5 star review and definitely a legit company.

The whole experience was great. The helpfulness of Monika (sorry spelling name possibly wrong) answering all my questions and more. To filling out the form, to the Doctor I spoke with and went above and beyond with the whole process. Received my approval that day and received my state letter about 2 hours later. Can’t be more excited than that. Thanks again. Will definitely recommend you guys to others.

Process was quick, medical staff was professional and understood my needs. The pricing was below others I checked on. Very happy patient!
