The reps, especially Monica, went beyond and above their duties by spending valuable time and energy in providing the necessary input in assisting me with my M.M. certification. I cannot praise the entire department enough for their gracious assistance.

Dr. forgot to upload my certification and customer service took weeks to resolve, but did resolve.

Scheduling was extremely fast. My DR Hall really cared and advised me of which to stay away from over another health condition. I felt like he had my best interest at hand. Never felt rushed at all. I got mine approved and able to use, the same day. Just be patient and keep checking your email. Great service in my opinion. Also forgot something important. I didn’t feel judged. That’s important to me. He was better than my pain management.

ATTENTION VETERANS YOU DO NOT NEED THIS. THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH WILL GIVE YOU HALF OFF, WITHOUT THEM. I PAID 140.00 FOR NOTHING HERE.

Caring and compassionate physicians and nurse practitioners who take the time to address your concerns and guide you. The best out there.

I had an initial glitch connecting to a doctor via a video call but the customer service rep contacted me and was extremely helpful in resolving the problem by setting up a phone call with a doctor instead. The doctor I eventually spoke with was very courteous and after just asking me a couple of medical questions, the phone call was quickly completed. After that, I received approval for the medicinal marijuana card within an hour. Overall, a very easy process to complete!

Abigail was extremely professional and sympathized with the chronic pains I have. She did a great job explaining the process I had to undergo after the interview as well. This service is beyond professional and a great price.
