Only buy new they ship defective items
sends you a defective unit makes you pay to send back. then send you money for shipping. then without telling you cancels your order. No email! have one asking me how i like my voyager 5200. like the way they say they are plantronics outlet when they have no affiliation. BUY SOME WHERE ELSE

Totally happy with the service I got from WalMart........
Took F.O.S. a week, after taking my order, to tell me they couldn't assess my CC info. Took one day for WalMart to tell me that the same exact order has already 'shipped'.

Don’t waste your time ordering from them.
I ordered a trolling motor and all associated hardware the first week of March and was told that it would be in stock within 45 days. They shipped me one of the components and then kept back ordering the actual trolling motor. I tried to return the part they sent and they argued with me that it was past the return window. I did get a refund after they”made an exception “. Now it’s going on 90 days and all I have is a bunch of emails telling me it’s still on back order. What a waste of time this company has been! Factory Outlet Stores contacted me after this review and promised me the trolling motor on July 27th. Instead I got another email informing me that it is still out of stock! More empty promises!!!

Avoid FactoryOutletStore.com. I don’t know if I trust this Trustpilot either as, check now after the fact, most review sites are pretty negative about this outfit. Bought a refurb TomTom and it did go past the 90 day warranty. But they wouldn’t work with me at all when it stopped working shortly after that and it stopped acquiring any satellites at all. Totally locked up. They just referred me to the manufacturer. I wouldn’t buy from them again as most places would work with you and take it back and send you another refurb device. If they won’t be somewhat flexible on returns, just shop somewhere else.
