I can't say for sure if this was a good experience ornot. That will depend on the shipping time and the quality of the device when we receive it. The ordering process was really adequate.

Site had slightly conflicting information regarding one feature of an item. I called and got conflicting information from the phone support as well.

Acceptable performance

Was not complicated to complete

I am surprised the item I bought was twice the price as Walmart. Unfortunately the one at Walmart didn't work as a wireless extension so I had to go directly to the company. I am limited on my available phone jacks and need wireless extension phones. Now that I have ordered these, I can only hope they work as I hope. Glad there is a 30 day guarantee.

Lots of trouble getting to the same Panasonic site once I left to go to other sites to check prices before I bought. Word placement of searches meant a great deal. Finally figured it out but poor impression.

part requested is under model nevi 2599, but further info doesn't list the 2599 as correct for this model, so I'm not sure I'm ordering the correct accessory.
