Had some issues with exchange, but resolved.
I will give Factory outlet a 3 star due to issues I had with a return, but after speaking with a second manager it was resolved and taken care of. I was diligent in working with Factory outlet, but if I had not been, I know the issue would not been resolved. Took several phone calls. The issue was that I was told I would have a free exchange, and due to communication issues it was never passed on the shipping dept. I was appreciative that there was a manager who investigated the situation and resolved it. The shipping on both suitcases was prompt, and I love the suitcase. All in good condition.
