Reuben was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was so incredibly patient with me. I was being very indecisive over whether to pay Samsung's price for a replacement S-pen after my original managed to break in half. The other option I'd been considering was to save money buying it on Amazon and hope I'd get original certified merchandise and not a cheap knockoff. Reuben eventually helped me understand that the pros of buying it original from Samsung outweighed the savings I might get on the initial purchase if I bought from Amazon. And he managed to do it in a way where I didn't feel pressured at all. He just explained the facts and allowed me feel it was my own decision. Hats off to him man! Give that guy a raise for sure! Anyway thank you Samsung, -Vanessa Mueller 801-205-0512 ~~Customer since the note4 was released! No plans to ever switch! (unless ya'll don't put a freaking headphone jack in the next note series. Seriously, that's such a major deal breaker there. Just sayin) 😉
