I purchased a battery for my cell phone and after four months it is barely working. My original battery lasted four years. I would NOT purchase a battery from this company.

DO NOT do buy with this company. They are shady people! I saw on a web page an ad for a depth finder with a rebate, from factoryout. So I went to their website and ordered the finder.Come to find out that the company who makes the finder NO LONGER was offering the rebate. IN FACT the rebate had discontinuned OVER a MONTH earlier.I called factoryoutlet, explained to them, that I would not have ordered the product if it had not come with the rebate, and that I wanted a refund. NO PROBLEM, they say. BUT, I would have to pay for shipping $17.00,AND $35.00 restocking fee. I stated this was NOT my fault, that THEIR ad, was why I oredered it. they would NOT write off the fees. I went thru GOOGLE (trusted store,HA). We will see...........Lyn Hoff

WARNING, DO NOT BUY FROM! I ordered some new water filters Maytag model# UKF8001 and instead of the PUR brand Maytag filters they had advertised (even had a picture and everything), they instead sent me a cheap generic brand that had horrible ratings for the price of the actual Maytag brand. They then refused to pay for the returned item and I had to pay $16.62 to ship them back to them just to get my original refund of $59.80... I have yet to receive my money back and have opened up a PayPal claim against the company. Talk about a shady business ethic!

ordered the product on 2/22/15, they charged my credit card 2/23/15 and I still have not received the product as of 3/22/15. The customer service has been horrible. Getting answers or information has been so frustrating and I have never written a review, but if I can save someone else from dealing with this company I feel obligated. I have been a customer of Tri Trontic Off Leash Dog products for /many years. When my German Shepard pup was ready for off leash training, I wanted to purchase an additional package since I have two other working dogs. I googled the options for purchase to see if I could get a good deal. FactoryOutletStore offered a 20% discount. I placed my order Feb, 22, 2015, my credit card was charged on the 23rd, the next day. I waited until the 6th of March to call for the status since it did advertise 2 weeks for delivery. The nightmare really began from there, not to mention the fact that I didn't expect to wait that long to receive the item. They started the tracking on 3/8/15 and I still have nothing, There is no amount of discount that would justify this experience!!!! UPDATE: The company waited until the 10th business day, of course I had to call them, and they now are planning on crediting my AMEX. (As of today, still no credit has been made) This is a company that I would NEVER recommend. It turns out the discount that I would have received is the same discount that Garmin is offering."

I ordered what they said was the replacement battery for my Toshiba Laptop. After it arrived and I installed it, it never did charge. It only showed that the battery was installed. I returned it for exchange. I now see I was given a refund for less than I paid for it, after I sent it back with me also paying postage to get it there. I followed all their instructions for exchange. I have made numerous calls to customer service and was put on terminal hold. I will never use or recomend this company.

i purchased a "new" laptop battery. When the box arrived, it was clearly repacked as it was retaped and bulging. In the box was a battery with no documentation wrapped in bubble wrap. I charged the battery, but the computer suggested replacing the battery, and it took no charge. I called the company to resolve the situation, but the representative just forwarded me to a link to complete a web form. Now I have to ship the bad battery (which is garbage) back to them with no guarantee of replacement. I am just going to cut my losses, write off what I spent with factory outlet store, and buy a battery with a reputable seller.
