i purchased a "new" laptop battery from this Company for my Toshiba Laptop in January of 2015. It has never held a "FULL" charge & now will run for 15 Minutes (shows a 70% charge) and immediately goes to zero!!! I contacted the "company" and received the following Response. We bought a Plantronics cordless headset. It gets here and it is defective. They did ship another and charged our card again for the second one shipped. The broken one has to be returned in the same original packaging so they said we could put the broken one in the new box and return it. Even though it wasn't our fault, we "got" to pay for the return shipping of the defective one if we wanted our refund of the original product. Uggggggg what a headache and nightmare just to get a stupid phone!!! I don't recommend doing business with this company...

WILL NEVER WILL USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Received PC battery that did not work. Ordered a battery for my Dell laptop. I put the new battery in my laptop and it worked for 10 minutes. I kept laptop charging overnight, nothing. I kept laptop charging for 24 hours, nothing. Called Customer Service to have replacement sent out. Never received a return code. Plus company told me I would have to pay return shipping charges (UPS or FedEx only) and restocking fee?!? Restocking fee on a broken product?!? How much does it cost to throw it in a garbage can? I finally mailed the battery back with "DAMAGED/NOT WORKING" on both inside and outside of package. Never heard a singled work from FactoryOutletStore. I WILL NEVER WILL USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

When I received the phone, not only would it not work properly but it had saved contact numbers from a previous owner. When I called up to complain they basically said it was my fault... that I had bought a reconditioned phone WHICH I would never have done!!!! For the extra $10 I could've had a new phone, which was not an option I saw when I ordered! I am really disappointed because of all the time that was wasted. This was for my elderly mother who needed a phone because hers had just broken. Since I couldn't get it to work properly and it is a huge distance for me to travel, she had to go to a store by herself and have somebody else help her so she could have a working phone! Really disappointed with this company and the service!!! The WORST business ever guess I will have to stick with Amazon at least they don't pull this kind of sneaky junk!

I received my order today for a 2 pack of Samsung Water Filter DA29-00020B. I was very disappointed when I opened the box to see AquaFresh brand filters. The website shows pictures of Samsung products, my invoice states SAM/Filter-DA29-00020B. I never would have purchased these if I knew they would not be Samsung filters. I've emailed the company, but customer service is closed for the day. After reading the other reviews, I don't have high hopes of getting my money refunded. I hope their customer service surprises me and gives me a refund. I wish I had read reviews before I had ordered. I was duped that it came up on my internet search as "Samsung Factory Outlet Store." STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Your company makes the mistake the consumer pays??

I ordered a $159.99 Lazy Lagoon float for my four sons several days before leaving for our lakeside vacation. With the wonderful 3-5 day shipping we would definitely receive it in time. Instead we were shipped a $19.99 life line rescue line. I called regarding the company's error and 10 days, 14 calls and a vacation later I have 4 very disappointed sons and a rescue life line that cost me $159.99. Steer clear of this company and spread the word.

I ordered a package of AquaSense filters made by KitchenAid (a reputable company whose products are trusted) from FactoryOutletStore.com, but got the "compatible" filters by Spaceflex International LLC (whose trademark filing is CANCELLATION TERMINATED). KitchenAid's tubes have black text and purple design on white background, exactly as shown on Factory outlet store website, but the Spaceflex's tubes have white text on blue and green colour, and the tubes are smaller. Clearly, FactoryOutletStore.com uses the pictures of KitchenAid's filters to sell bad Spaceflex's filters. When I phoned the customer service to ask about this, the representative simply hung up on me. This company uses false publicity to sell bad products. Once they got your money, they cut you off so you have no way to talk to them.
