It was easy to use and looking around for I wanted

I have been toying with the idea of making this purchase for several weeks. I have chatted with a sales rep at least three times. The first was okay and helpful. The second was not helpful and referred me to a product that would not work for the circumstances. Finally, I got Reuben. He was wonderful! Checked out to ensure your product was compatible, and when I had a question about a lifter, gave me solid advice that no one had given before - that I didn't need a lifter, but a cable instead. In the end, he saved me a little money (okay, so only about $10), but a whole lot of aggravation because it would not have worked otherwise. And I would have been irritated at waiting for another piece to be shipped if he had not told me. You have a real jewel in Reuben. He is extremely thorough and helpful! Check-out was easy, and I am anxiously awaiting arrival of my purchase.
