Fairly easy to order but I haven't seen the product that I ordered yet or how difficult it would be to get 100% of my money back if I am unsatisfy with my purchase.

Waited 25 minutes on phone- respondent couldnt help-gave me another number- That number said to call back during business hours-it is 1 pm EST on a Thursday. What exactly are their business hours??????????

It took a month to receive my headset and when it arrived it didn't work. I called and they said I could pay another $100.00 to get a new one. I told him I wasn't paying again I have already payed and just need one that works. He said well you got a refurbished set. I said no I ordered a new one. He said no it was refurbished why do you think it was so cheap. I had purchased the same item about a year and a half ago and they were the same cost only I had gotten all new headsets. This company is misleading. UPDATE: I received a second headset with the same problems then they finally sent a good one that works fine. The cord is a straight cord without being coiled so it doesn't stretch out but it does work. I was contacted by the company and they apologized for the long delay on getting the headset and refunded part of my money. I think they went above and beyond my expectations with the refund. The overall experience was not good but they did reach out to me and make it right in the end.

Difficult to find exact replacement brush heads. Too many different kinds. Why can't you just make one base fits all brushes, You can still make all the different brush parts.
