When I was putting the order it showed samsung OEM filter picture and said its a OEM product. Paid $26 dollars and waited days for it to arrive thinking its a genuine OEM product. When I was making payment it even said payment is processed through samsung with samsung logo in it so i had no reason to doubt. Today I received the product and its not samsung its called aqua fresh and not a OEM product. Same product available in amazon for $13 dollars with 2 days shipping. So please don't use this site for anything. Its a complete fraud company.

For all of the business I've done through the internet for both large and small items, the FactoryOutletStore ranks maybe the worst! I can only be grateful for the fact, that the opened package for the battery I received only cost $20. After being advised by them that my Garmin needed a new battery to correct the problem and then receiving the opened package which never did correct it, I sent it back in the original package in perfect condition. I even paid the shipping cost of $2.45. The FactoryOutletStore notified me that they received it and was deducting a fee of $6 for their for their services??? So, for a twenty dollar item and their bad advice it cost me $8.45. I assume from their response that this is a business that desperately needs the $6 dollars more than I do. Never again FOS.

Ordered a Humminbird Helix 7 that is listed as new on their website. The unit I received was a open return. Their own website defines a listing of "new" is " factory sealed new". They made me pay for return shipping for the exchange and I have now received the second unit. It is also an open used unit. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FACTORYOUTLET.COM!!!

I called factoryoutletstore.com to inquire about a GPS accessory. They did not have it, but offered me a $100 Visa gift card if I would try Smart Shopper and Doctor On Call for 15 days. Unfortunately, I went for it. The rep, Tom Stanley, told me I would get a confirmation email confirming the details of what was required of me to receive the gift card. I never got the email and when I did finally receive a letter from Smart Shopper, My first name on the letter was completely wrong which probably explains why I did not get the email. He probably garbaged that as well. Finally, frustrated with the whole thing, I called the support number for Smart Shopper, talked with a very nice, young lady there. She cancelled both accounts and apologized for my inconvenience. Please beware of factoryoutletstore.com!

These people will never get my money again. At least I canceled my order and won't have to deal with cheap tricks for products like other reviewers had to. I ordered a new laptop battery last week just to be told I had to call their fraud department. But wait.... they're only open on weekdays and only until 4pm. So i waited till monday to call on my only work break, since ya know, people have day jobs that go past 4pm.... They said because I used 2 addresses it triggered a fraud alert. Umm... What?! How would anyone ship to a child or friend then? Everyone would have to call. But I called and verified the info was correct. (They should have know that since I entered it. :o ). I was told my tracking number would be sent within a day and my order shipped. Yea.... now I just got an email saying my item is on back order (sound familiar) and they'd ship it as soon as they got it and to call them. So I just called. The person that picked up was an Indian and I couldn't understand half of what she said but she said "You can check back in 7 to 10 bushiness days and we'll ship it then". Yea... needless to say i didn't like that answer and demanded she cancel the order. She tried to get me to wait the 7 to 10 days but I told her to cancel or I'd have paypal reverse the charge (go paypal). She then got angry but canceled my order. Now I'll do what i should have in the beginning and shop somewhere else. Preferably ebay. Long story short, don't shop here. They don't actually have any products. Everything is "on back order" and you'll be much better not dealing with these guys.

I ordered what appeared on website to be a new Lenovo battery for our laptop. What I received was a used battery with someone else's name on bubble wrap packaging. I refused this battery and after contacting CSR at Factory Outlet Store - I received "Return Form" and no postage paid return label. Had to return via UPS at my cost and store refused to reimburse me even if they did not send me a brand new battery. Shabby way to do business.

The state in which they operate from should investigate the way they operate and pull there License to do business. they Lie and misrepresent the products and the way they do business on the internet!! "DON"T EVER BUY FROM THEY> DON"T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THEIR SITE!!!!!!!!!

I ordered water filters on August 15, 2015. October 4 - I inquired about the status of my order October 14 - informed the items were on backorder. November 1 - notified the items were no longer available but there was a replacement that would be shipped at an additional charge. November 11 - notified replacement items were on backorder. December 10 - I was notified to call for the additional payment information. December 14 - Called the company to pay and was informed that my order had been CANCELLED. This process took 4 months - the company is a farce!
