WRONG PRODUCT WAS SENT - TOOK TIME TO RESOLVE BUT FINALLY GOT FULL REFUND.
Update 9/30/17 I was contacted by the company who offered to refund FULL amount as they realized it was not my fault. I accepted the solution and agreed to edit my review to reflect that they have proven to be honorable. Thank you for your follow up!! BEWARE before you buy - they misrepresent products and do not stand behind the return guarantee!! I ordered HONEYWELL 16x25 filters per the photo of the filter on the website. FC100A1029 When they arrived, after being back ordered, they were: (a) NOT Honeywell - they were a no name brand - therefore FALSE ADVERTISING. (b) Damaged due to poor packaging. (c) The wrong size - they were nominal thickness 4" instead of 5" - All genuine Honeywell 16x25 filters are 5" thick. I needed to return them as they could not exchange the filters for genuine Honeywell product. I completed the "Exchange / Return" form which even shows a box that you can check for "Product Misrepresented" I also noted on the form that I expected a FULL refund due to the Misrepresentation, Damage and Size issues. My order was for $125.70 and they only credited me. $78.84
