The Factory outlet store recommended a extra satellite phone that did not work and could not work because the base unit could only handle 6 phones, this was was the 7th phone and could not work because it would not pair with the base unit. I sent it back and was only given 50% of the original purchase price. The error was caused by them yet they penalize me. I will never do business with them again.

Sent WRONG Charger then said they don't have the correct one to even send me now.

I buy a phone battery and they never send my product. They send me a tracking # but is like if they send the product from NY and them comeback to NY, them they said the probrem was wrong addres and ask me if I want a refound. I say yes and they refound me $10 from $15 for something that never send...is a very profit business...

Dear Factory Outlet Store: The products received under order #FOS6851500E are unfortunately defective. The survellaince system was purchased on 10/28/16 as a Christmas gift for my son. The product was back ordered and arrived on 11/16/16. Upon receipt of the product, I put the item away unitl Christmas morning. My son and I worked on installing the unit on 12/26/16. The issue is with the camera's and the monitor; We receive an out of range indication on the monitor every 5 minutes or so. In other words, the system connects and then disconnects. THe camera and the monitor are aprroximately 60 feet from each other. They are installed in a typical residential home. No brick exterior (stucco), no concrete interior (dry wall). We tried both cameras with the same result We reset the monitor using the reset button and re-paired each of the cameras to no avail When I walked towards the camera with the monitor, I received a 4 bar signal about 30' away. The signal remained constant and did not disconnect at this range. The camera is mounted to the outside of my garage about 10' feet from the ground. Uniden Tech Support referred me back to you, stating the Factory Outlet store is a separate retailer. My son and I really wanted to make this camera system work. We've tried everything. The tech rep indicated there was something inside the house causing the signal interference between the camera and the monitor. I would like to return this system back to Factory Outlet for a refund. However, I'm well past the 30 day return window as the purchase was made as a Christmas gift. The Facotry Outlet should take into consideration that products purchased in the 4th quarter could potentially be a Christmas Gift and extend the 30 day return window during the Holiday Season. It will cost at least $20 to ship this item back to you. You will also assess me a 15% restocking charge when issuing the refund. That's a HUGE hit for a product that's defective through no fault of my own.

I ordered a men's clipper for a xmas present on 12.14.16 and the site stated it had 2 day free shipping. I had not received it by 12.21 so I called and spoke to Jasmine at Factory Outlet Store 800.680.2704 as shown on their site who looked up the order and promised it to me before xmas. I checked the date that Fedex received the item for shipment and it was on 12.20.16 and did not receive it until 12.27.16. Why did it take factoryoutlet Stores 6 days to get the order to Fedex???This is gross misrepresentation and fraud to promise an item by a specific date and then not meet that promise. I intend to file a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered a set of lures for a fishing trip 2 weeks in advance. They didn't bother to tell me they had no stock. a week later they sent an email saying they get stock in a week to 10 days, i waited another week and called, they said they'll get it in a week to 10 days again. what a waste. GET A WEBSITE THAT SHOWS YOUR ACTUAL INVENTORY!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had ordering an item online. The sales help is useless they forgot to place my order it's impossible to get management on the phone and then when they finally got the order right they shipped it to some unknown address despite having told them the shipping address numerous times. When stating I would like a refund, I was told to wait six days and then re-order the item. Be wary of this company ,order from Amazon this totally sucked !

I placed an order on 9/23/16. I am unable to log on the website. I have sent 2 emails, I was answered but when I call the number the customer rep did nothing to solve the problem just emailed a receipt. I didn't need a receipt I wanted to log on to the website to check on my order. When I called to check it I put the # of my order and the message was they didn't have any order by that #. I finally got on the USPS website to see where it is, no thanks to them. What I'm afraid of is if I have to send it back I won't be able to log on or talk to a customer rep about it. This has got to be the worst experience I've had with a company and I've ordered from many. I should have ordered from Amazon as they have customer reps that know what they are doing. This has taught me a lesson to check the customer reviews before I order. HORRIBLE company to deal with.
