FactoryOutletStore takes our customer's feedback and complaints very seriously. Upon receiving your complaint, we launched a full review of the order. Upon investigation, we found that your order was placed on 12/16/2020, and the item ordered was on backorder. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, our factories have been experiencing a delay in shipping and production due to material shortages. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and share in your frustration. Since then as requested on 12/23/2020, we have canceled your order and sent an email for the same.
