I never fill out reviews but this outfit serves every bit of bad press it gets. Ordered a Polycom with overnight shipment. Called 3 days later when item still had not arrived. Customer service was rude and stated that it was my responsibility to call when the item had not arrived. Asked to speak with manager. Got a call back 2 days later from a manager who was confrontational (clearly not in service-recovery mode).

My first order was canceled because I used my husbands credit card but my information. I fully understand the order was canceled for security reasons. However, the money went thru the bank 6 days after the cancellation so I call... then it was voided. So, I place a second order on my card and my information. It was canceled. I have been given 3 different phone numbers on 3 different occasions to call to find out why my order was canceled. All phone numbers are wrong, all of them wrong. The numbers given were 646.367.6161, 646.367.6141 and 800.816.0180. I wrote them down. I may never know why it was cancelled because, quite frankly, I am tired of trying. Customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with ever!!! I'm not a person to complain but this is Nonsense!

Terrible experience with this establishment! I purchased 3 batteries and they KNEW they didn't have the right ones, so they sent me batteries that "might" work- but NEVER told me this. When I received them and they didn't work they wanted me to pay to ship them back AND they wanted to charge me a restocking fee... again for THEIR issue not mine! After wasting a lot of time on the phone with them I received a UPS number and they "mostly" removed all of the restocking fee - I ended up $2.95 out of pocket. I guess it's a small price to pay for learning that this is not someone I will ever deal with again. Very poor and discouraging experience!!! Buyers beware...

I read these reviews to late. I ordered a headset FOS7408574E, and within a few minutes called to cancel, (after reading reviews). They stated it would be cancelled. I got shipping notice last night. Shady operation, not to be trusted with no customer service. Avoid this company.

After waiting for a ridiculous shipping period, I received the phone system (main unit and remotes) and the remote would not charge - no power at base. In short, I had to call a couple of times to get the return form several days later and paid to mail the remote unit back. When I finally received a "replacement", it had the same problem. So I called again and was told they sent me back the SAME UNIT that I returned because it wasn't in its original box. Now it's more than a month since I ordered this and I'm annoyed at not having the office phone all this time. Get this - They told me to purchase another phone to get the box to return the bad one in. So at minimum another 2 weeks without an office phone and if that one's bad too, I've spent double to get nothing. THAT'S REDICULOUS! BE WARNED - they will not take it back without the original packing. And from reading the other reviews here, you're likely going to need to return it. 9 May 2017 - Had to return the second phone as well as the first because it quit after only a few hours of operating. Fortunately, I spoke with a customer service rep named Sebastian on the phone last week who was much more helpful and today I received the refund for both phones. In the end, I bought my new phone system at a local brick and mortar store.

Ordered a Samsung phone battery, site states it was a 'Brand New Unopened Item' Samsung product, provided photo shows Samsung branding on the product. Actual product doesn't match the image, comparing again the original item is obviously a fake, no Samsung branding, struggled it get it to fit in the phone doesn't have NFC capability like the original battery it's supposed to replace. Product arrived in a small plastic bag, in box a little bigger than the battery. Arrived after 5 days with standard shipping selected. Site states 'Free same day shipping. Ends tomorrow' everyday apparently.

Ordered a Plantronics headset ( Savi 730 ) for my office. Item was identified as being refurbished and that was fine, as the price was 1/2 of a new unit. So I took a chance ---- Shipping was quick (3 days) installed unit and it was DOA - no power - wouldn't charge headset. Also looked like it had been kicked around on the floor with numerous scuff marks - I've purchased a fair number of refurbished electronics over the years and this was definitely not "refurbished". Returned unit - hope refund goes well. Ordered new unit via Amazon. Mentioned to customer service rep all the above issues and asked for a replacement unit to be shipped, I've had Amazon do this many times in the past. CSR said "This is not Amazon" .... obviously not. Don't do biz with this company

I was trying to track my order couldn't so I called I place the order Sunday. I was telling customer service today is Wednesday. What's the problem.she said that it's back order and it will be 7 to 10 business days .right then I knew it will be more then just my order being late I should of just order from Amazon wouldn't have to go thorough this crap..never again soon
