I asked for a return for my headset BlueParrott B550-XT $199.99 i added 2 Year Extended Warranty $29.95 payed $247.92 total, there is two choices exchange or return for credit Credits are subject to a 15% processing fee plus the actual cost of shipping. I emailed them they said they will waive the restocking fee. 15% of the whole amount payed is almost 37$ my item was in excellent condition returned only because it was not fit for my head! They only refunded 180.19$ So not only they did not waive the fee but they withheld 67.7$, and that is not the 15%! In addition the restocking fee should be held from how much the headset cost why are they withholding a fee for the extended warranty? And more over I paid 15$ for priority box mail... with 80$ I could have bought another headset! Edited: They answered back by email and by calling personally and did a full return on the credit! Thank you!
