Never buy from this company they make money by shipping wrong items and then charge 15 percent restocking plus shipping plus return shipping. They ship in a plastic bag with no sales slip.

expected more in the way of reduced pricing especially on refurbished items. Don't expect your package to arrive on time. Ordered a new razer which was to arrive in 2 - 5 business days. Will arrive in 10 business days. If all you want is cheap then this company will probably fit, but if you expect Customer Service along with a good price I would recommend you look elsewhere. I have no confidence in factory outlet, and have no trust or faith in Braun to follow up.

GRAMIN TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT THAT I HAD TO ORDER THEIR CHARGER. I WILL NEVER BUY A GARMIN AGAIN

Purchased a 2669.00 Minn Kota trolling motor that was received with a broken remote control. Factory Outlet Store refused to do anything to help me saying that it was over 30 days which it clearly was not. They would not give me a start and end time that they said was over 30 days! All they would do is tell me to contact minn kota even though I bought it from them. Please do yourself a favor and stay clear from this fraudulent company. Read all the negative reviews. If you have a problem with your item you will not get reimbursed from them- in fact it will end up costing you even more!

Warehouse is too slow processing my order. Shipping label has been created since June 21st but until now June 24 there is no movement yet. FedEx has been waiting for the package to be delivered to them. Frustrating.

No refund of return shipping of a defective item. Shipped defective item. I returned if for a replacement, which was new and fine. Never refunded my (expensive) return shipping. Emails from "customer service" promised "call from supervisor". Never happened. I provided them documentation of defect and returned shipping charges. Hope they'll read this and provide refund.

Warning this place is the scam. Returns unopened unused are charged 15%. Not listed anywhere on website. Reporting to BBB but 285 complaints received to date... I wish I noticed before ordering.

Quick and easy, no hassle transaction I thought after my purchase that was the end of it but boy was I wrong. I get a message saying my purchase entitled me to a gift certificate so I made the mistake of clicking on it and recordings keep coming and the speech is so fast most could not be understood but I could catch little bits now and then and I heard subscription and charge 29.90 and I tried to get a person to listen to me but they disconnected me. When I tried the phone number it just gave a constant busy. I am now trying to cancel everything including the radios.
