nice easy to navigate web site was very easy to search and find exactly what I needed.

Great on-line store

I needed a replacement cord for my Norelco shaver and I couldn't find my model number on any compatibility list. So I responded to the online text agent. Someone came to my rescue very quickly and gave me the link to the cord I needed. Very Quick. Very Efficient. Thank you. Update: Yesterday, March 5th, I received the replacement cord and it didn't fit!!!!!

Kept at it until my battery was located. Great customer service.

Gave me the information I asked for and hopefully it was correct. Will find out when the mail comes.

very nice and easy to use web site

My Tri Tronics Trashbreaker electric collars and remote have finally worn out. Since the company was sold to Garmin, I can't find the old style that I like and the new collars have this long antenna that I don't care for. I Googled "old tri tronics" and the top pick was the FactoryOutletStore.com web site. I am thoroughly delighted and thrilled to find the exact same collars and remote that I have now and they are brand new and available!!! I can't wait for delivery and if they work as well as my old ones did I will recommend and purchase from FactoryOutletStore in the future.

Fast ordering, free shipping
