Delivered all but one parts of the item I ordered, talk to service department and they told me that they could not help me. Replaced the missing part with one I had in the house. The item is good but then service department leaves a lot to be desired.

I don't like your requirement for my phone number to complete my order! Do you plan to inquire about my health? try to sell me things? Hack my identity and ruin my life???? I do not accept your terms and conditions

Search and navigation of the website didn't seem to flow and wasn't repeatable for product comparison.

Should be able to provide better feedback after receiving purchase.

Called first. Representative not very friendly. Not very informative. Just quoted brush names and prices. Felt I had to drag answers out of her. Frustrated, so ended up ordering on line.

Too soon to give complete opinion as this is the first time I've used this website. I have not received the merchandise and cannot speak on it's condition, operation, expedited services, etc.

Nice products but sent me the wrong item the first time I ordered. But , I am trying another order to see if you all get it right!!! Thanks
