Rating may be higher
Rating may be higher, but I wanted to know more about the model's ability with its speaker function and the phone's ability to pick up our voices, like our older panasonic model did well for a number of years.

Critical technical specs
I haven't gotten the item yet so I can't review it. But it was OK to do business with the Store. The problem with buying headsets is that the most critical feature, the Connector type, is never a front-page top-of-the-list technical spec. It should be to avoid returns. Buyers need to know this info, and it needs to be clearly spelled out as it should be for ALL electronic equipment. You listed it and your help chat verified it. Cudos to y'all.

The website is a bit unclear as to how…
The website is a bit unclear as to how to navigate and find products. I bought a great Starset headset but the site did not show that I needed an additional $22 adapter to plug it in via USB. (It assumes you know all this stuff.) They seem to hound you with emails, perhaps 1-2 per week. Not nice player! Also, it seems that instead of the 2-5 days it was 2-3 weeks to receive the Starset. Otherwise, I'm happy to have someone like the Outlet store who supports Plantronics.
