Shipping charges to Alaska are WAY out of line. We are in the USA and they can send via USPS. The reason the don't is UPS is easy for them, but VERY expensive for the customer. I had to have the item sent to a relatives address in the "lower 48", and will get it from them later. (:

Difficult to locate part. Had to call center. Too many choices, too many electronic messages. When I was able to speak with someone, they were hard to understand. He was very nice, just hard to understand. Why wasn't the part I needed on your site when I was specific with the model number?

I've shopped with these guys for a while.. Usually they are pretty good but they have recently cancelled orders and given no explanation for the cancellation or even bothered to send an email letting me know that the order was cancelled.
