hard to find LM6230 ACCESSORY ON WEBSITE , still don't know if I got it right

Item was marked replacement. I could not locate the Norelco SmartClean system new and complete but without a razor. I own a Norelco S9731 shaver but learned about this additional item. It was very difficult to determine any information for someone who wanted to purchase the item new. I could not tell from the website if ANYTHING came with the item (clean and lubricate fluid). I ordered the item with the cleaning fluid after talking with your representative in customer service. The website should be clearer--telling me that NO accessories are included. Even better, set up a separate item with the cleaning fluid so we can try it. What good is a 30 return policy if you cannot try the item!

Better price on the item I purchased than on amazon with better shipping cost options if you don't have prime.

Great products, easy financing. Called with a question, the person barely spoke English and wasn't knowledgeable at all.

Advertised a sale with 20 to 75% off which wasn't true. I only bought online because I was having difficulty in finding replacement brushes in retail stores
