They shipped the wrong item and expect me to pay a restocking fee. It's not right and a bad way to do business. Follow up - I did hear back from the company. They have said they will credit my account for the item.

Made two orders on the same day. The second guy asked if I wanted to combine shipping. I said OK. He said he would have to cancel the first order and have my paypal reimbursed. I said OK. I was then re-charged for both orders. He did not cancel the first order. I got too much stuff. I tried to get it corrected but they would not issue a shipping label for the overage; instead telling me if I wanted credit, that I would have to ship it back with my own funds.

Ordered transducer and got the wrong item sent to me. I called and told them it was wrong. I was assured that this time it would be right. I was again sent the wrong item. Very frustrating dealing with them. They were very friendly and very incompetent. I give up.

great radio bad place to buy them

I ordered 34 phones from them 10 days ago, the email and website both say the shipping will take 3 to 5 business days and I will receive a tracking number within 24 of shipping. I called yesterday since I had not received the product or tracking number, I was told that I would get an email with the tracking number within 24 hours and that my product was shipped 7 days prior. I waited 24 hours and have again not received a tracking number. I contacted customer service and was told that my shipment was "special" because of its size and it had been sent to the warehouse to complete which is why it was taking longer and once they were able to get the tracking number I would get an email. I explained that if it was going to take longer then they should have communicated to me and that still did not answer the question of why they cant tell me where my product is at this point or why I have no tracking number. I asked to speak to a manager, the rep said I would get a call back but he did not know when.

sooo many popups. I thought I had a virus

I received wrong merchandise and called the company to tell them and to see when I could received the correct item. They ask for me to take pictures and send to them and they would start an investigation. It would take 2-5 days. So I called again because I still have not received my correct order and my credit card has been charged also. They still can not tell me. Still have to complete the investigation. I told them I did not care about there investigation and needed to get a refund on my credit card and a date to when I could expect the correct order. Still could not answer my question. Today they ask for 24-48 more hours. They still are not concerned about this item I got that was suppose to go to someone else. Don't do business with these people. Something is not the same. We did business with them 3-4 years ago. Not the same now.
