I had some trouble navigating your site

My only problem is they gave me a 30 day return policy but I will not be able to check this transducer until I am able to look at it with the older transducer. The boat is currently in storage for winter and I will not have access to it until April sometime.

Two main gripes. You offer three battery packets: 4, 6 and 8. Eight is the best value, but I have two units, which require a total of nine batteries. I can't help but think you offer these quantities to sell more batteries. The little boxes they come in could hold three batteries! I would order larger quantities, but don't because of the second gripe: the batteries don't last that long. You state in your equipment manual to replace batteries every two years. That's a joke. Mine last from six months to one year. I don't know if it's because these batteries have a short shelf life -- or because they're not designed for extended use.

Just good service

The real review should occur after I receive the product. This being my first experience with you I really don't know if what I ordered will show up at my doorstep. I also don't know how secure the credit card information is. I am not going to feel everything is hunky dory until I receive and successfully use the product and pay the credit card off.
