The customer service help on the phone was awful. I didn't get the answers to my questions resolved, and I'm angry about the wasted time it took. I guessed on the purchase I need, and I might have to send it back.

Not very helpful and kinda rude

3rd world phone rep disputed sale price, basically calling me a liar. I cancelled the order after he said it was almost $60 more at checkout than advertised. I then ordered online despite their inability to get PayPal to function properly (they try to run a lower amount before adding taxes making it higher than approved). Rep called me twice after that trying to get me to order through him. VERY unprofessional and obnoxious.

When I originally purchased the 51LMT-S GPS, I specifically asked 3 separate sales associates if my present Traffic cords would work with the unit. I was assured they would. WRONG they don't work. Have to purchase a new power cord. BUT, maybe that's because ALL.. EVERY SINGLE ONE of the Sales associates I dealt with DO NOT SPEAK clearly understood ENGLISH,. EVEN on speaker phone with my wife, SHE couldn't understand them. I requested an English speaking supervisor, and several hours later, a poorly annunciated oriental tried to to speak. This has been the WORST purchase process with a Garmin product to date. I will be completely re doing my next GPS purchase, I will NOT subject myself to this horror show again.

After talking with Jessica and she listened to my concerns and made sure everything was taken care of , it made my experience very good. Your company needs to clone her. Thank you Jessica for your professionalism, for listening to me and for thinking yourself as a customer. Mary Rideout

I ordered a pair of shoes for $64.95. I was fooled by the large print which offered free shipping (twice) and free returns. Upon checking out my Visa bill I saw that I was charged $131.41. When I called to complain I was told that I was charged $66.46 for Fed-Ex shipping to Alaska. The stupid part of this is that the shoes could have been sent by U.S. flat rate mail for 1/3 as much. The way Fed-Ex works is that the package is flown to Anchorage via Fed-Ex and then put in the U.S. mail to finish its journey. So, then I complained and was told to wait for the shoes to arrive and request a return document. When I got the shoes and requested the return info, alas the return was not free. They nick you for 15% return fee and the postage you paid. So using the "free" return would end up costing me $76.20. And I would not even have the shoes. In fairness, when I first posted my review, the company contacted me through this website to say they were sorry I was unhappy and that they would try to work something out for me. However, that was a week ago and I have heard nothing since. SO.....??

it said free shipping until I checked out then it was 38 dollars. not only that but it's been almost two weeks and I have seen no package. never got an email with conformation of shipment or tracking number. but yet the money is gone from my account. I wish I could give 0 or negative stars
