I ordered 2 pillows from this company and 1 MONTH LATER the product has NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED. I emailed the company 3 TIMES to check in on the status of my order and received NO RESPONSE from this company. This company provides ABSOLUTLY NO SERVICE and is a WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY ! Worst experience i have ever had working with an online retailer or any retailer in fact !! DO NOT ORDER FROM FACTORYOUTLETSTORE.COM !!!! Rating = (-10) !
