Hard to find replacement parts department.

I spent quite a bit of time on your site trying to figure out how to use your choice options to select a phone with the functions I wanted. I finally got what I needed but it was more difficult than it needed to be. Also, I was disappointed there was no way to review each phone. I had to go off your website to do so. Not very customer friendly. However, the checkout process was quite smooth. Nice job with that.

Confusing Website - Product ID as listed in Website differs from ID in Basket.

My experience was fine. I didn't have any problems with navigation. Searches worked well. Simple checkout procedure. Prices seem excessive.

Search was difficult, not even sure if the items I was looking for were not available or I couldn’t find them. Replacement blades for the arco mini trimmer I just ordered is one example. But prices seem better than I expected.
