I should have returned the not Dewalt batteries when I received them because they were knockoffs. But I needed the batteries. They lasted only 3 months and now are totally dead. Company wouldn't refund my money or send replacements. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered this phone a month ago and you were unable to deliver, but you still show it as available. I want it, please make sure I only get it once.

I Tried to purchase a white band (as my little loop broke) but they were out of bands $34.99 price. They didn't have the band I needed and have no estimate of when I will receive it. BUMMER. ALL I NEED IS THE LITTLE BAND LOOP THAT HOLDS DOWN THE EXCESS BELT. 4/12/19: Waiting for response from CS Manager re resolution of another problem stemming from the original situation. It has been 5 hours since promised call. I will follow up with more info tomorrow based on whether I hear back or not. *** Today, FOS customer service manager contacted me, and after a nice discussion I was satisfied that they did everything they could do. I am still frustrated with Garmin, as they don't have any of the unique watch bands available. GARMIN should correct that problem.

I bought a 2 pack of water filters that shipped within a few days. The USPS tracking showed that the package was stuck for almost a month between two post offices so it was clearly lost. I called them and they did not understand what I was saying at all. I emailed them in which they replied to wait another almost week and if it was delivered that they would either reship or refund, my choosing. I waited till the date they gave me (which is ridiculous since enough time had gone by) and they apologized and asked me did i still NEED the items and did I want them to reship them or if I didn't need them then they would refund me. My reply was yes I still need them and can you send it a faster method in which I may really get it this time. Their reply was they refunded me. What??? Did I say I wanted a refund. Did you give me the choice or not? They do not care if they customers are happy with the service so do not buy from them. It's been a month ordeal and still no product and waiting on a refund!!!!!!!!!

Very bad experience with factory outlet store. I place the order and after the weekend they cancel the order. Only thing is I want ship the order to different address then the card address and they think I am doing something fraudulent.

Sebastian is great, he's done his best to assist his customer. And I'm a repeated customer who purchased Scandinavia, Europe and now Africa/Mid East maps all from Garmin - I wish my GPS model is more popular to enjoy some very affordable maps of Israel and Jordan. After that Garmin called me that they're out of stock and won't be able to send me until after March. They also want to verify me strictly by phone which I provided my Google phone number. Garmin won't accepted and it made me very disturbed when the "security" clerk kept cutting and interrupting what I was saying - he didn't even listen to my talk. I raise my voice that I'm the customer, please listen to me. HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. Never experienced such a rude mannered customer interface person. I wrote my experience to Garmin and has not received any reply yet after a while. Added on 2019 02 26 I wrote to Garmin without any response as aforementioned until I rated them very unfavorably, Jessica of Customer Service Manger called me and left me a message wanting to talk to me. I'd reply except the tel no left on my voice mail for my to call back was 646 787 29917 which, my Google phone refused to connect this invalid number for me.

terrible experience unable to use credit card, talked with 4 different employees, burning up my valuable time because they couldn't fix the misunderstanding with billing address supervisor unable to fix problem. I was forced to use pay pal and will have a sleepless night knowing these people may be entrusted with pertinent information about my bank account. lost bass pro points due to lack of problem solving skills of your employees

We are a State Agency and we need to send in a W-9 for every order we make. This is very time consuming. There should be a one time submittance of the W-9.
