confusing web site

Easy ordering

Web site should be more clear as to what you need to do when "down loading" your purchase.

Hard to navigate. Instructions are confusing.

The description for compatible items doesn't show the GARMIN GPS that I own (Garmin Drive 61) but does show some of the Garmin Drive GPS's such as the Drive 60 'Drive family'. So I am taking the chance that this cable I did order (2 of them) is the correct cable. I just wish the descriptions either kept up with 'ALL' compatible GPS's because sometimes there are differences even within a 'GPS family' such as the Garmin Drive GPS family, or the listings included all of a specific GPS family even those within a family no longer being produced/manufactured. Yes I could have called customer service but even then sometimes you can't be sure until the item arrives.

Seems to be a problem with the website. I couldn't log in to my account, it kept saying my email or password was incorrect. They were both absolutely correct. I clicked on the reset password and that wouldn't work. So I opened a new account with the old email and password.
