Ordered a bluetooth headset. Was shipped in a flimsy small little envelope. Arrived broken. Called to get it exchanged. Have to take photos and wait to see if they will exchange it. Waited all this time. Told them i would like it exchanged with overnight shipping. Was told they will not do that. I explained that i drive truck and need it for work. Doesn't matter. they will ship it how they ship it i was told. Will never use them again.

After receiving the confirmation email stating that I was all set, order was ready to be shipped and that they would send another email once it shipped, they canceled my order. I received NO phone call, NO text, NO email explaining why. Then after reaching out to them twice in one day, I received NOTHING. The lack of communication this place has makes Walmart seem like a dream. My first experience with this company has been tarnished by their unacceptable behaviors. I followed everything as stated, thoroughly researching their site and FAQ's. Perhaps others somehow received good service and no issues, but sadly whoever was in charge of my account was a dud, dead-weight employee that just lost their company business ($$$).

I ordered RAM Mount parts two days ago and the website showed “in stock”. Next day I received an email, telling me that the parts are in back order. I just checked it and they are still listed “in stock”! I paid extra for fast processing. The 24 hour support wasn’t helpful lay all, the lady yust repeatedly stated that the stuff is in back order. The parts are for a show truck at an exhibition in Europe. That’s not the service I expected ...

I tried repeatedly to chaarge my order to Paypal and each time the payment process froze A most frustrating and angering experience

I ordered a Polycom conference phone and when it arrived it did not power up / work. I had to PAY to return the defective equipment which is problem 1. When I returned the equipment I requested a refund. Instead, they sent me a replacement phone. I wrote and explained that I did not request a replacement phone because I needed a phone quickly and since they would not ship a replacement until they had the defective phone back, I went out and purchased a phone from another company. Now I have the replacement phone, and again, I have to pay to ship the phone back! Ridiculous, poor service, poor phone quality, poor everything!!

Horrible experience. Ordered Ram Mount phone cradle online. Week or so later I inquired about it and was told the item was back order and they did not know when or even IF they would get a replacement. But they had ALREADY charged my credit card. Customer service offered a replacement item that he promised was exactly like the one I had ordered except the boom was an inch longer. Oh, and by the way, it just happen to cost an additional $4.00. Unit arrived and it was the wrong size phone cradle and would not fit my phone. Called customer service again and told my order did not exist. Had to call the parent company, Gogotech, and have them hunt it down. Finally someone from FactoryOutlet Store called me back and they were clueless as to the problem. Third call to FOS and told by customer service that they had exactly what I wanted. Got home and checked my email to find I had been billed twice the agreed price and it was still the wrong item. Be very wary of letting these people have your business.

Very Disappointed ! I ordered over $300 of ram mount accessories and paid an additional $60 for three day shipping on a Monday evening and I got a email Wednesday afternoon saying that my order has not been sent because two of my items were on back order. So I called the customer service and every time I call customer service I get a Person from India that doesn’t speak very good English and I can’t understand them and they were being very rude to me, so I got nowhere with customer service after three tries and will never do business with them again and I will make sure my friends and family all know about this terrible experience
