Complete junk. Where do I begin...first off, they outsource customer service to India which makes it very difficult for their service-people to understand what's going on because they're not specialized in these headsets. Now to the order...I ordered 2 refurbished Plantronics CS540 headsets. Fresh out of the box, one of the headset microphones didn't work. Had to send it back (on my dime) for a replacement. The replacement arrived and the headset didn't work at all. No sounds, no voice, no beeps, nothing. At this point, I'm just done with the company so I ask for a refund. I send back the defective headset (on my dime again) and they refund me my total minus a 15% re-stocking fee. Ridiculous. At the time of this review, it's 5 months after purchase and my 2nd headset won't charge anymore. I called and asked for a refund, but they won't give it to me, only a replacement. So now I'm in the process of sending this one back and can only imagine what will go wrong with the next one they send me. I get it, they're refurbished. But with the time it has taken from my business, the expense of mailing and restocking and taxes, and the hassle of everything else involved, you're better off buying a new one on Amazon.

Awful, the battery they recommended was the wrong one, no big deal I’ll just send it back. I even sent pictures of my computer. But when I got my “refund” it was way less than I paid and I had to pay for shipping to return it! This is why we use amazon.

I purchased a Rand McNally 8” truck gps. The gps touch screen was not working in multiple spots on the screen. I called the company for a return, they sent me a shipping label and I shipped the gps back to them. They informed me that the refund will take 10 days so I ordered another one. The second gps keeps on freezing and now I have to return it.

Terrible company!! They automatically added an extended warranty plan when I specifically said no! Getting a refund 3 weeks later and 3 phone calls is still IN PROGRESS!! Order elsewhere or better yet, go to Wal-Mart or Target. Good luck in understanding operators, not trying to be racist but American companies that outsource American jobs should be financially punished.

Do yourself a favor. Don’t order anything that is on back order. You will never get it. This company has horrible customer service. All customer calls are taken offshore.

I ordered Panasonic KX-TGM450S reconditioned 1 Handset Amplified Cordless Phone in January. It just quit working this summer. I tried everything—even buying new batteries. It was a total was of $124.95. My husband needed that phone because it is voice amplified.

UPDATE: The first time I plugged in the adapter everything seemed OK. The next day when I went to plug it in it’s sparked. That’s two out of two adapters that are sparking when I plug them in a regular outlet. Previous update: I had an issue with an adapter that was sent to me for my Dell computer. I was a few days past my 30 days but hadn’t really used it and found that it was sparking when I plugged it in. I contacted them and they replaced it, no problem! If you call them, I believe they’ll do whatever they can to make you a satisfied customer!
