I place an order for a NOH Garmin Fenix 5X after the original purchase confirmation email I never had confirmation of postage. I started looking at reviews and got really worried about all the negative feedback. I phoned the call centre they apologised And assured me it was in the post gave me a tracking number for UPS which I used to track the shipment ordered on the Sunday received by Friday. Everything in the box as should be, excellent condition and very pleased with the purchase everything seems to be working as it should. I can’t speak for other peoples experiences but very satisfied with mine.

Ordered a NOH Garmin S60 approach. Arrived within 4 days which I was fine with as I never paid extra for faster shipment. The watch is working perfectly so far. All I needed to do was run a Garmin express update bit after that all the courses etc were present. So far so good and all in all a fairly straight forward process. Happy customer 👍
