not able to use paypal

Send my stuff and leave me alone.

I paid for express next day shipping from them and it’s been 2 1/2 days and no package yet. This will be my one and only purchase from them.

They say easy returns, money back guarantee on their homepage but then hit you with a 15% restocking fee and shipping. I spent $240 and got $195 back. Shop anywhere else and save yourself the money.

I had to return and ipilot link remote because it was not compatible to my Minn Kota. They charged me $86 to return it. I will never buy from them again. Before this I had purchased the trolling motor and it was a great deal and worked as advertised but no more.

Placed an order with Factory Outlet Store, they charged my card, then emailed me saying that my address couldn't be verified. I have been in business here for over 4 years, I receive Fedex and UPS shipments daily. Why the nitwit that was on the phone couldn't figure this out is beyond me. I reordered with amazon, 2 days later it shows up to my non-existent address. Wont be back !

I ordered a couple phones with phone cords that i paid for and the company is not trying to credit the right amount to my account. The didnt send the phone cords with my order and the base was missing from one of the phones. Customer care service was very non helpful and the manager was suppose to "give me a call back". I will never shop here again. I advise anyone to shop with a different company. There only trying to give me a 10 dollar credit when one phone cord is about 10 dollars (DOESNT MAKE SENSE). TERRIBLE JUST TERRIBLE

The absolute WORST online experience I have ever had. They say they credited my account, but nope. They promised to make it right with my $99.30 original purchase. They sent me the WRONG replacement batteries and in order to send me the right ones, I would have to pay shipping to return it. Ok, it can't be that much - they aren't that heavy. Turns out the post office doesn't ship lithium batteries, so I had to use UPS and pay a premium ($12), so I did that and they received their batteries back. Guess what... I never got the replacement batteries, so now I am out $112. And I'm going to continue sharing my story until I feel my loss is redeemed. If you've got money to burn, just send it to me where it would be appreciated. Believe me, that will save you all sorts of frustration and hellfire.
