Garmin great--needed cable--not so great
Appreciate the help placing this order and the promptness of delivery. The only issue I have at all is the original order for the Garmin said the device had "traffic" on it however it did not include the $65.00 cable so it would work. I do a lot of travel where there are no phone capabilities and feel I should not have had to purchase another component later to use the device fully. Other wise, very happy with the Garmin product.

I had called the phone number to order…
I had called the phone number to order over the phone and had a question. The person I got was a little hard to understand. My question was did this phone "plug in to" the phone jack so I would have the same number. He didn't know and said I should talk to the manufacturer. I ask if he could transfer or give me the number to call. He said, no, I should look it up on Google. Very poor customer service! I finally read on the "reviews " that a lady said it was east to set up she just had to ""plug it in"" so I assume this is what I needed to know. We'll see when I receive it. If not I will return it.
