I ordered a Moultrie 8000i game camera from them at the time of order it said in stock!! paid with paypal, received confirm from paypal and factory outlet. order did not come in! followed up with Factroy outlet to find out that camera was "out of stock" it would take five to seven days before they could get more, 12 days later, when on website, it say "in stock" I call to track my order and was told it was out of stock and tried to get me to take a lesser camera the 8000. these guys are scam artist!!!!! they want to sit on your money! I canceled the order, was told by a friend they did the same to them with a different product!! DO NOT BUY FROM FACTORY OUTLET!!

Ordered AirPods that arrived one month later and didn’t work and sent several emails to get the label to return and called so many times!!!

Bought a Jabra headset and the connection cable for an Avaya desk phone. Followed the recommendations made on my chat session while shopping. The cable is compatible with the phone but not with the headset. They still insist it’s compatible so decided to return everything since they can not provide a cable. To top it all even when it’s their fault I will have to pay a15% processing fee and shipping. BRAVO.

My merchandise broke after very little use. I processed a return online and asked for a replacement product. Well, several weeks later I'm still waiting. In addition, when I tried to sign in, my account had been deleted.

Ordered a remote for my Minn Kota trolling motor and was the wrong remote. Was told to ship it back and I would receive a refund. I paid for shipping to return the item and on top was charged a re-stocking fee. I paid $174 for the item and was only refunded $134. Pretty steep re-stocking fee if you ask me. I was not informed that there would be a re-stocking fee when told to return it. I explained this to the sales associate and he apologized and said that it is their policy. I just wanted to give others the fair warning before ordering through this company.

I purchased headphones from this site in early December. They were very quick to take my money out of my account. However, it is mid January and I still never received the item I purchased. After trying to reach out several times, they just kept responding with the same thing and giving me a coupon code to make up for the “delay”. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this site.

The company admitted to intentionally sending a product I did not order. Because I had gone past the 14 day window the company then refused to refund my money. It was my ver busy time of the year in my business. I had been a customer for something like seven years. No more!

After purchasing my order online and paying securely through our VERIFIED PayPal account, I received a phone call from this company claiming my address was not valid and could I please give them my billing address. First, all that information is secured through PayPal and to have this company give me some bull about not having a valid address, I hung up and called the number on the website (which was NOT the number they called to verify my address) and I got a rep that looked up my order and also claimed that they always call to verify addresses which is CRAP because by paying with PayPal they have seller protection as long as they ship to the address on the invoice. After arguing that I would not give information to a stranger that was asking for information they should already have I told the rep to just CANCEL my order and refund my $339 and miraculously after hemming and hawing a bit he proclaimed everything was fine and the order would ship out the next day. No further information was needed. Then once shipped even though they advertise 3-5 business days shipping with FedEx they ship out through FedEx Smart Post and it takes 8 business days and come by USPS. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with and after this purchase I would NEVER order from them if my butt was on fire and they sold the only bucket of water I could get!! Horrible customer service and the most unprofessional bunch of representatives I have ever encountered. Don't bother trying to contact me because I will NEVER shop with your company again and will tell everyone that I know to avoid your company.
